The Holland Loader Company markets Belt Loaders, Haul Trucks, Mobile Conveyors, Dozer Traps, Box Graders and the unique “Super Ripper”. The Holland Loader is a “time proven”, belt loader style, mass excavator used extensively in the heavy construction and mining industries.  The Loader is manufactured in two styles. The 700 model makes a horizontal cut and the 600 series models make a vertical cut.  Both styles are well suited to perform the mass excavations required for major infrastructure projects such as highways, airports, dams, irrigation and flood control as well as surface mine stripping, mine reclamation and large environmental remediation projects. In average conditions, the Holland systems can be expected to move 20,000 CY per shift and in ideal conditions, single shift productivities have exceeded 40,000 CY.  No other excavating system offers this production capacity at such low ownership and operating costs.

The Holland 180BD Haul Trucks and TC80 Traveling Conveyors are specifically designed to enhance the performance of both styles of Holland Loaders.  The 180BD Haul Truck is a low profile, 180 ton belly dump trailer pulled by a 1,050 hp Holland tractor.  The 180BD can also be manufactured with a twin engine drive unit mounted on the rear of the trailer to improve traction, acceleration and hill climbing speeds.  Either configuration has a low weight to payload ratio making it one of the most efficient trucks of its size.

The TC80 Mobile Conveyor is a 250’ traveling conveyor that can operate either as an attachment to the loader or in an independent configuration.  Conveyor lengths vary from 100 to 250 feet, productivity is matched to that of the loader and propulsion is provided by track dozers.  The Loader and Conveyor combination is ideal for use on dams, canals, highways, overburden removal or other short haul excavations.

The Holland Mobile Dozer Trap can be manufacturer with either 6 or 8 foot wide belts and a variety of conveyor lengths.  The DT6/8 has an adjustable conveyor angle and is wheel mounted for ease of relocation.  

The Holland SR1-5 “Super Ripper” was designed to handle material that can not be ripped with a single dozer and where blasting is not allowed.  The SR1-5 has a similar design philosophy to the Holland Loader in that a single operator controls the two dozers that provide propulsion for the unit.  This allows ripping with smaller tractors and gives greater ability to continue ripping when one dozer loses traction.  Hook up is simple, utilizing existing trunions and dozer controls.  The assembled unit can be attached to the dozers and ready to work in approximately two (2) hours.  Holland Super Rippers can be manufactured for any model dozer. Weighing in at 54,000 pounds, the Holland Super Ripper is a cost efficient ripping alternative to larger dozers.

New products under development include a smaller version of our horizontal loader and a belly dump trailer sized for 773 class tractors.
